Kate Spain's Terrain Give Away!

Terrain Give Away!, originally uploaded by nkiblueeyes.
Today I was doing a little thinking and realized that perhaps I should give away the remainder of my Terrain jelly roll, since this fabric is SO hard to come by.  I got mine from Pink Castle Fabrics on Etsy.

I've been wanting to see some more traffic on this little blog of mine, so here's your chance.

*  For one entry into my Terrain drawing, become a follower & leave me a comment telling me that you're a new follower.

*  If you already follow me, leave me a comment telling me that!

*  For an extra entry, tell me what your favorite quilt pattern (or block pattern) is and why.

* And if you point people in my direction from your own blog, I'll give you a third entry! :)  Be sure to leave a comment telling me!

This contest ends Saturday, August 6th at bedtime.

Make sure to leave your email address in your comment if you're not on gmail.

Thanks for following! While you're here, snoop around into my archives and check out my Etsy shop. I'm de-stashing some vintage goodies!

Lately I'm really loving the Garden Fence Quilts I've seen people make. I want to try one.

I've got HSTs on the brain lately, but there are too many things already in the works for me to start something new right now...

At the moment, my favorite block is a log cabin block--it's so versatile and you can easily change the look by playing around with color value;)

That is a really good idea ;) I gathered a charm pack and now wait impatiently for the yardage to be available. I love this collection!

I signed up via Google Reader.

Hmmm.... Hard to pick a favorite block pattern as I love so many of them. A star block always makes me smile though :)

I've been thinking a lot about making a wagon wheel quilt. I may start cutting today!

I'm a follower! Thank you. =)

Since I've not done much quilting as of yet, I don't know a lot of patterns. I do love making pinwheels and I like how my quilt using those turned out.

Thanks again.

I found you on Flickr. Happy to be a part of your giveaway. I love hexagons, English paper piecing, because I can do it everywhere. I'll look around in your blog when I'm here.

I saw a 3-D block recently that has me intrigued. Of what I've made so far my favorite is Aneela Honey's wonky scrap block. I love them!

Favorite quilt pattern? Argh. Too many to choose from. Presently I have an obsession with Jaybird Quilts' Chopsticks, as I'm trying to decide what fabrics to use with it. I have a couple of ideas, but they're warring in my brain right now.

I love the quilts of valor - I currently have a younger brother overseas in Japan with the US Marine Corps and plan to make something similar to commemorate his service.

I am having a giveaway too!

My favorite quilt pattern is whatever I am working on at the moment. Right now I am making a star quilt, it's interesting because it's put together in rows, there's no way to put these together by blocks, which makes it interesting.

What an awesome giveaway my dear! I am a follower! My favorite pattern has to be the spiderweb block you did the tutorial on. How could it not be since I had the urge to do something like it for my own linen bee month!

Judging by the patterns, books and magazines in my sewing closet, my favorite quilt/block is the New York Beauty. I've only made a few of them, but I sure love to look at them!
